Welcome to Milton Gulf Pines KOA. We try hard to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. So that you and your neighbors can enjoy yourselves, some regulations are necessary. Please take time to review them to prevent misunderstanding.

Speed Limit

Children
Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 ned to be with an adult at all times. |
Recreational Equipment
An adult must accompany children under 14 in order to check out our play equipment. The user must pay for broken or damaged equipment.

Swimming Pool
Swimming pool rules are posted in proper areas. Please observe our rules. |
Registration
All guests and visitors must register at the store/office upon arrival. There will be an added charge for all visitors. Visitors and their guests use all facilities at their own risk. Gulf Pines RV Resort is not responsible for loss or damage |
Pets
Pets are to be kept on a lease no longer than 6 feet. You must clean up after your pet. No pets allowed in public buildings. All unattended pets must be inside your camper. |
Trash
Trash should be placed in the dumpster near the volleyball court or in the dumpster at the end of the Firefly |
Vehicles
Only 2 vehicles per site. There is a $2.00 charge for each additional vehicle over two (2). Please park in direct line with your RV. Vehicles may not be parked on unoccupied sites. If you need additional parking space, plese contact the office |
Clothes Lines
Clothes lines are not permitted

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Moving
Moving from site to site without prior approval is not permitted. In event of emergency, management reserves the right to move vehicles or belongings without notice of liability |
Sewer Hook Up
All RV's are required to have in use an approved sewer ring for sanitation purposes or sewer doughnut after approved sewer ring. |
Barbecue Grills
Grills at campsites are permitted |
Fires
Fires are allowed in designated fire pits only. Gulf Pines KOA may prohibit building fires at any time when such fires may present a fire hazard |
Washing
Please don't wash recreational vehicles or personal vehicles without checking at the office first. There is a $5 fee for washing RV or vehicles |
Messages
If you are expecting messages, please check a the office. Emergency messages will be delivered |
Mail Service
Mail service is available for guests |
| Any problems should be reported to the office or resort manager immediately |
Management reserves the right to have anyone removed from the park without refund if they should break any of the above rules.
